I had the hibachi chicken and shrimp and the Sunset Roll and I would be remiss if I didnβt brag about how amazing the food is! The food is seasoned to perfection! I had to personally thank the Chef!

Service is a 4 out of 5. They were quick to greet you and asked his many in my party of one. I was told to seat anywhere. Immediately asked what beverage, to which I indicated I like green tea. A cup is $3. The wait staff checks in on me about 3 times, adequate. Ambiance is a 5, with monitor streaming Asian food prep, nice Asian art work on walls. Each booth/table appointed with own salt, pepper, soy sauce and small desk fan (genius!) Food is a 3. I ordered salmon teriyaki, came with my choice of white rice over fried rice. The salmon had a slight smell (not fresh???!). The sautΓ©ed veggies had way too much onions. Wish they had more broccoli. Carrots were sliced so thinly. Maybe worth the buck if I come here next time for lunch.

100% Satisfied! As a first-time visitor to Virginia Sushi Restaurant, but someone who has enjoyed sushi restaurants across the country, I can confidently say this is an excellent place to dine. I brought my entire family, and there was something for everyoneβincluding the little ones who are just beginning to develop a taste for sushi. Some of our favorite rolls were the Shrimp Tempura Roll, Alexandria Roll, and Dynamite Roll. For the kids, the Avocado Roll and Cucumber Roll were perfect choices. Be sure to check out their menu, as they offer a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and preferences. Overall, the food, service, and family-friendly atmosphere made for a great experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again.

Tokyo is run by a lovely elderly couple which already made the experience feel special. I found this place on Google Maps while searching for authentic Japanese sushi and Iβm glad it was recommended. I ordered the sushi platter along with the chicken lo mein. The sushi platter came with a salad and miso soup. I usually donβt care for miso soup because it often tastes watered down but this was easily some of the best miso soup Iβve had in a long time full of flavor. The sushi itself was amazing. Everything was made fresh and right on the spot nothing felt pre made. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. I will definitely be coming back. If youβre looking for fresh, authentic sushi, donβt hesitate to give this place a try.

Wonderful service from this family run Japanese cuisine restaurant!! The place was packed and our food was picture perfect (LOL!) & DELICIOUS. The Edamame was salted & steaming! Both the Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura outstanding appetizers, with light crisp batter. The Shrimp Fried Rice, perfectly prepared. And the regular Sashimi was fresh & tasty as was my Alexandria Roll! PERFECT MEAL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED π
